Technology is growing at a fast clip in patient service hubs, but it's not a silver-bullet solution to stakeholder needs. Automation is providing speed and cost reduction for benefit reimbursement. But patients require personal support to access, understand and adhere to therapies for a successful outcome. The human touch bridges the gap between streamlined systems and patient-centric solutions.
