LabCorp Completes Acquisition of Assets of Pathology, Inc.

BURLINGTON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 21, 2016-- Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings (LabCorp®) (NYSE: LH) has completed the previously-announced acquisition of substantially all of the operating assets of Pathology, Inc. following the satisfaction of all closing conditions. The acquisition includes Pathology, Inc.’s patient service centers used to conduct its medical testing and services business.
