Jane Craig, PhD

Dr. Jane Craig is a Scientist in Flow Cytometry Validation Services at Labcorp Central Labs. She works with biotech and pharmaceutical clients to build and validate custom flow cytometry panels to be used during clinical trials. Panels span a variety of topics and therapeutic areas, such as CART cell persistence, receptor occupancy, immune-phenotyping, and functional testing.

Jane has worked in flow cytometry for 7 years and has experience with the BD LSRFortessa, BD FACSCanto II, BD FACSLyric, and Bio-Rad ZE5 and has validated panels with up to 17 colors.

Jane received her BS from Louisiana State University and her PhD from University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She conducted her graduate research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital focusing on autophagy and it role in maintaining cellular homeostasis in normal and disease states. She has also completed an R&D Graduate internship at Amgen focusing on oncolytic viral therapies.
